Collection and return services at Palma Airport

We provide collection and return services at Palma de Mallorca Airport.

A company employee will be waiting for you at the meeting point, situated on the 4th floor of the airport car park.

Alternatively, a free shuttle bus will pick you up at the arrivals terminal and take you to our office only a few minutes from the airport where your car will be supplied.

Optional insurances

The initial rental price covers a Basic insurance with excess (SBcF) and a Theft Insurance (SR) included *This does not include personal belongings.

You can increase the coverage of this insurance in our web or when picking up the vehicle.

These are the different types of insurance that we offer:

– Full Coverage Insurance (TI): The greatest coverage without excess. This insurance covers all damages that could occur, except the lost or damage of car keys, or damages induced by the use of inadequate fuel.

– Tire- and Glass Coverage (SRC): This insurance only cover harms or damages on rims, tires and windowscreens.

– Basic Insurance without Excess (SBsF): This insurance covers exterior damages on vehicle: upholstery, interiors, locks, mirrors, engine, bumps, scratches, lower parts of the vehicle,etc.

It does not include any harm or damage on tires and glasses.

Babyseats and Boosters

– Maxicosi: Up to 10kg

– Baby seat: 9-18kg

– Booster with back support: 15-25Kg

– Booster: 22-36Kg

You must install the accessories. We are not responsible of any problem from incorrect accessories installations.

Outside office hours

If your flight lands between 23:00h – 7:00h a 44 EUR surcharge applies. For a drop off between 23:00h – 7:00h an additional fee of 44 € will be charged if you do not have our Basic Insurance without Excess (SBsF) and tyres and glass insurance (SRC), since your car must be inspected.

Hotel pick up or return

If you would like to pick or leave the vehicle in a different location than our offices or at the Airport, we charge a supplemental fee depending on the location and time. If you would like to carry out this type of service, please contact us.

Airport car park charges

The customer is responsible for paying the airport car park charge (max. €12). Alternatively, a shuttle bus will pick you up at the airport and take you to our office situated just a few minutes from the airport where you can collect your car.
