    When you come out of baggage reclaim in the arrivals terminal your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the door, holding a sign with your name or the name of the hotel you are staying at.

    To book a transfer service on Mallorca we require the following information:

    Yes, you may modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the start of the service.

  11. What happens if my flight is delayed?

    We recommend you let us know if your flight is delayed for more than 30 minutes. We will also check the flight status in accordance with the details you have provided.

  12. Are child car seats available in Premium Taxis?

    Yes, you can book a child car seat, stroller adapter or booster seat at no extra charge.
