Yes, you can rent a taxi by the hour instead of for a specific transfer. Our personalised service must be for a minimum of 4 hours.

You may pay for the service by credit card or bank transfer. Payment must be made when you confirm your booking.

To book a transfer on Mallorca we need the following information:

– The flight number and arrival time
– The number of passengers that will be travelling in the vehicle
– The name of the hotel or destination
– Any extras you may require (special items of luggage such as golf clubs or bicycles)

Yes, ROIG-Taxi offers transfers all day and night long. For personalised services between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. a 15% surcharge will be added to the standard rate.

To book a personalised service we need the following information:

– The service starting time and place
– The duration of the service
– The route you wish to take
– The number of passengers

Yes, you may modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the start of the service.

We recommend you let us know if your flight is delayed for more than 30 minutes. We will also check the flight status in accordance with the details you have provided.

Yes, you can book a child car seat, stroller adapter or booster seat for an additional charge of €4.
