  1. How do I make a booking?

    You can book directly on this website or send an email to info@roigbus.com. You can also call us on 971 648 119.

  2. Where will the coach pick me up at Palma Airport?

    In the arrivals terminal you will see the Mijura travel agency, where we will be waiting to accompany you to your coach. With your booking confirmation we will also send you a map of the terminal so you can locate the meeting point easily.

  3. Can I hire a coach anywhere on the island?

    Yes, ROIG Bus provides services throughout the island.

  4. Can I rent a coach by the hour?

    Yes, you can rent a coach by the hour instead of for a specific transfer. Our personalised service must be for a minimum of 5 hours.

  5. What methods of payment are available?

    You may pay for the service by credit card or bank transfer. Payment must be made when you confirm your booking.

  6. Do you organise excursions?

    Yes, we offer excursions all round Mallorca that you can consult here. All excursions must be booked via the Mijura travel agency, by calling 971 648061 or sending an email to viajes@viajesmijura.com

  7. What details do I have to provide in order to book a transfer service?

    To book a transfer service on Mallorca we require the following information:

    • Your Name and Phone Number
    • Your ID number, or Passport number 
    • Your flight number and arrival time 
    • The number of passengers that will be travelling in the vehicle 
    • The name of the hotel or destination
    • Any extras you may require (special items of luggage such as golf clubs or bicycles)

  8. What are the customer service hours?

    Office hours for bookings are between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. You may also send an email to info@roigbus.com

  9. Can I hire a night time service?

    Yes, in the case of transfers no extra charges apply. For personalised services between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. a 15% surcharge will be added to the standard rate.

  10. What details do I need to provide in order to hire a personalised service?

    To book a personalised service we need the following information:

    • Name and a phone number
    • Your ID or Passport number
    • The service starting time and place 
    • The duration of the service
    • The route you wish to take
    • The number of passengers
    • Any extras you may require (special luggage)

  11. Can I modify or cancel a booking?

    Yes, you may modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the start of the service.

  12. What happens if my flight is delayed?

    There are no surcharge. We recommend you let us know if your flight is delayed for more than 30 minutes. We will also check the flight status in accordance with the details you have provided.
